About Select Deconstruction & Demolition

SELECT DECONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION came into being to solve a problem experienced by many contractors in both the residential and commercial construction fields.  The problem was a lack of turn-key, front-end solutions for permitting, site prep and demolition, (structural and select interior).  As the formation of Select Deconstruction and Demolition began three goals were established that became our guiding principles:

Quality. We provide the highest quality service to our clients. When we leave a project, we want it completely ready for your next contractor.
When we leave you will have a spotless job site with all specified work complete to your standards.

Integrity. We always strive to meet our clients’ scheduling and budget criteria.

Environmentally Sound Practices. We do our best to minimize waste streams to landfills.  Our goal is to recycle/reuse any of the materials we can. This is done through organizations like The Reuse People and Habitat for Humanity.

Our Mission.

Select Deconstruction and Demolition’s mission is to reduce the solid waste stream and change the way the building environment is renewed by salvaging building materials through deconstruction and distributing them for reuse.
